I'll start with the end

This is me and my family.

My wife Sara, and my son Augustus, mean the world to me. As most understand the life of a truck driver can keep family apart for weeks if not months at a time. When I was over the road, Sara was always there with me. When we found out we were expecting I knew my days on the road were limited. I promised myself that my son would know his father growing up. Being a truck driver always on the road that would be a hard promise to keep, so I decided to give it up. Now I spend my days on the other side of the trucking industry behind a computer. My time on the road will forever stay with me as some of the best times in my life. I got to travel the whole country with my favorite person and my dog Blueberry. What we experienced exploring the country was a once in a lifetime opportunity. It was such a great experience that I've decided to share it with you here in this blog. The story I'm about to tell is one that will live forever in my heart as some of the fondest years in my life.
